Peachland Lakeshore Accommodations is a privately owned vacation rental management company established in 2003. Ron and Arlene Moser provide personal year round vacation rental services to vacation homeowners in Peachland and area.

Peachland Lakeshore Accommodations Guest Services:

• Provide reservation and personal guest book-in services.
• Ensure guests are properly informed of Resort Rules & Regulations.
• Obtain guest security deposit and required signed forms.
• Provide in-housekeeping services and regular insurance checks when empty.
• Provide all guest supplies and welcoming baskets.
• 24/7 availability to guests.

Homeowner Services:

• Notification to homeowner of any major repairs needed.
• Small maintenance repairs and paint touch-ups.
• Payment and statement to owners on a monthly basis.
• Payment of Tourism Taxes for owners.
• Submitting guest/strata related forms.
• Liaise with on site building manager and/or 24/7 availability.

Marketing:

Peachland Lakeshore Accommodations has a well established web site that showcases each special vacation property with virtual tours, still pictures, full descriptions and rates. Chamber of Commerce, Vacation links, promotional material, and many other resources are also used for marketing.

Non-Rental Service - Absentee Service:

For homeowners who choose not to rent, and instead enjoy their vacation home - Peachland Lakeshore Accommodations will complete regular property checks while vacant for insurance purposes and peace of mind.
